Business websites delivered as IT projects
IT project summary: Wholesale Computer Outlet website
For our own DeLand computer store, Wholesale Computer Outlet, the website is a piece of business infrastructure, not decoration.
This summary records the legacy system found in the archive and the deployed solution, a full ecommerce catalog and checkout for parts and custom PCs, plus repair service pages.
Legacy system: 1computeroutlet.com
Our audit of the legacy Wholesale Computer Outlet site relies on the Wayback Machine capture from April 1, 2025.
The legacy homepage, deployed under the title “PC Part, Services, PC and Mac Repair, Data Recovery & Networking - Wholesale Computer Outl”, ran a dark hero built around a graphics-card photo and a We Ship all over the United States message.
Deployed solution for Wholesale Computer Outlet
In production, the business now runs a full ecommerce catalog and checkout for parts and custom PCs, plus repair service pages.
A production screenshot of the Wholesale Computer Outlet homepage is shown below.
Where business IT and the Wholesale Computer Outlet site meet
A business site has uptime, security and usability needs like any other system, and Wholesale Computer Outlet is no exception.
