Business websites delivered as IT projects
IT project summary: Computer Outlet Online website
For a resource site in our own store network, the website is a piece of business infrastructure, not decoration.
This summary records the legacy system found in the archive and the deployed solution, a guide-first site that helps shoppers choose laptops, desktops, custom PCs and parts.
Legacy system: computeroutletonline.com
Our audit of the legacy Computer Outlet Online site relies on the Wayback Machine capture from May 13, 2025.
The legacy homepage, deployed under the title “Wholesale Computer Outlet, LLC”, ran a full-width American flag background with a round badge about shipping anywhere in the United States.
Deployed solution for Computer Outlet Online
In production, the business now runs a guide-first site that helps shoppers choose laptops, desktops, custom PCs and parts.
The production homepage opens with “Work out what to buy before you spend anything”.
Top-level modules in production include Buying guide, Laptops, Desktops, Custom PCs, Parts.
Where business IT and the Computer Outlet Online site meet
